American Roadside

is a typological study of roadside buildings in small, rarely visited towns across the western and southern regions of the United States. I shot this series of 25 polaroids over the span of a few months in the spring and summer of 2021 while traveling on various road trips throughout the nation as far east as New Orleans, as far north as Montana, and as far west as California.
